Join us for an evening performance to mark the culmination of this year’s Bristol Old Vic Youth Theatre Summer School at Hauser & Wirth Somerset.

Participants will be working with professional artists and directors from Bristol Old Vic and take inspiration from our ‘GRUPPENAUSSTELLUNG’ exhibition to co-develop an experimental performance entitled ‘Retell Again and Again’. Watch how the young peoples ideas manifest in this unique evening of immersive theatre in our Kino / Cinema gallery.

This event is free and open to all, however please book your tickets in advance.

Tickets include a welcome drink upon arrival. If you are able, we encourage attendees to donate to our 2023 – 2024 charity partners.

After the performance, Roth Bar & Grill will host a ‘Feast Over Fire’ with free-range and locally grown produce. Choose between lamb from Durslade farm cooked over our signature fire-pits or tasty broad bean falafel, both served with roasted Isle of Wight sweet red peppers with White Lake fetish garden salad. Hauser & Wirth Somerset has been working in partnership with Bristol Old Vic since 2014 to give young people aged between 11 – 16 years who are interested in drama and the performing arts the opportunity to work with professional artists and directors. The Bristol Old Vic provides a rich education through the arts and helps to develop deeper engagement with local communities across the South West. The summer school provides an environment of playful creativity; allowing young people to experiment with different techniques, genres and art forms guided by their team of professional artists.
