Discover our free, drop-in talks exploring the life and work of artist Louise Bourgeois, led by members of our gallery team. Running in conjunction with our current exhibition, ‘Louise Bourgeois. Drawing Intimacy 1939 – 2010’, the talks highlight the recurring motifs within the exhibition, as well as examining the intimacy of Bourgeois’s artistic practice and creative process. The extraordinary grouping of works, many of which are being exhibited publicly for the first time, include paintings, sculpture and works on paper.
Taking place every Friday in both the Bourgeois Gallery and Rhoades Gallery, these talks are open to all, with no advance booking required. However, please check in at front desk upon arrival.
‘Louise Bourgeois. Drawing Intimacy 1939 – 2010’ is on view at Hauser & Wirth Somerset until Monday 2 January 2023.
