Beginning 13 November, stop in for Sunday office hours with our resident gardener, Jake Mumm. Jake is an LA-based community educator who has worked with Slow Food Los Angeles and the LA County Master Gardeners. He is a life long gardener and advocate for urban and regenerative food production and will lead all-age demonstrations each week. Learn about identifying and caring for plants and growing a garden. Plus, meet the chickens who live in the garden coop – all part of the garden’s model of urban food production and sustainability. This is a drop-in event, no reservation required.
