In a first for the gallery at a fair in Asia, Turner Prize winning artist Martin Creed’s conceptual wall paintings will be installed directly on four walls of the booth. Through minimal interventions which treat all elements equally, he allows materials to speak for themselves, making no separation between his work and everyday life, between art galleries and the outside world.

Further standout works in the presentation include the debut of Angel Otero’s new large-scale painting ‘Red Mangrove’ (2024) and Catherine Goodman’s ‘Lemongrass’ (2024). These are accompanied by contemporary highlights, including Camille Henrot’s ‘Dependent Personality Disorder’ (2014) from her Desktop Series (2013- 2014). Referring to the use of the computer desktop as a space of creation, the sculpture counterbalances the immateriality of digital desktops through the weightiness and tangibility of bronze. Henrot’s large-scale bronze work ‘Undelivered Message’ (2016) is currently on view at Jing’an Sculpture Park through the end of the year.

Other showstoppers include ‘A Nostalgic Person’ (2023) by Zhang Enli from his abstract portraits, capturing the ‘essence’ of his subject rather than their physical representations.
